Refund policy

We ensure the highest quality dry fruits. Due to their perishable nature, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect, and you notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Send requests with order ID and images to shreeganpatibhandar@gmail.com or WhatsApp 6290248757.

No Returns For: change of mind, opened/tampered packages, or discounted items (unless damaged).

Refunds:

  • Approved returns are refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (no cash refunds).

  • Replacements or store credit may be offered.

Shipping Costs:

  • We cover return shipping if it’s our error.

  • Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable.
