Return and Refund Policy

At Shree Ganapati Bhandar, we take great care in delivering high-quality dry fruits to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction.


Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof of the issue.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Return requests must be sent via email to shreeganpatibhandar@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 6290248757 with your order ID and images.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or tampered packages
  • Products purchased during promotions or discounts (unless damaged)

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will notify you of the status via email or WhatsApp.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

No cash refunds.

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement or a store credit if preferred.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is not due to our error, shipping charges are non-refundable.
